# Trial & Billing

> What's included in your free trial and how billing works.

## Free trial

Every new Muster account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

**What's included:**

* Full access to all features
* Up to 10 agents
* 30-day data retention
* OTel ingestion (`POST /api/v1/otel/v1/traces`)
* HTTP quality signal integration
* Health Heatmap, Cost Dashboard, Risk Inventory
* Email support

## After your trial

When your trial ends, your workspace enters **read-only mode**. All your data is preserved — you can still view dashboards, reports, and history. You just can't add new agents or push new quality signals.

To continue, upgrade to a paid plan from **Settings → Billing** or at [getmuster.io/#pricing](https://www.getmuster.io/#pricing).

## Enterprise — dedicated instance

For banks, telcos, and enterprises that require data residency or air-gapped deployment, Muster is available as a dedicated instance:

* Your own Railway project (isolated Postgres, Redis, API)
* Deploy in your own cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Air-gapped with no external calls
* Custom subdomain (e.g. `muster.acmecorp.com`)
